The practice operates on a fee for service basis. Insurance is not accepted; however, we can provide service statements which you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement consideration. You are asked to pay at the time of service. Payments can be made with check, credit card, or cash.
Limited lower fee sessions are available for qualifying clients.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length unless longer sessions are requested. Group sessions are 90 minutes in length.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
